A lot of people know about variable valve timing and they've heard of VTEC, MIVEC, VVT-i, DVVT and all sorts of T's but do they really understand what it is and what it does or how it's done? I have a vague understanding myself. I found this article on the topic and thought that it would help a lot more people to understand it and hopefully aids in the maintenance of our cars.
